Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne has introduced the Hamas Supporters Have No Home Here Act, aimed at deporting aliens who participate in pro-terrorism and antisemitic activities in the United States. Van Duyne emphasized the importance of addressing individuals who incite hatred towards America and the Jewish people, as well as show support for Hamas terrorism. She stated, “Being allowed to come to America is a privilege that these terrorist supporters have spit on and now it’s time to send them packing.”

According to the Anti-Defamation League, Samidoun, an international organization with ties to terrorism, has been a key organizer of anti-Israel rallies in the U.S. The group has faced bans and restrictions in various countries due to its terrorist connections. Additionally, the Alliance for Global Justice, a charity linked to Samidoun, has come under scrutiny for its ties to terrorist groups.

In response to potential deportations, universities like Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia University have taken steps to protect foreign students who may face expulsion due to their involvement in pro-terrorism activities. These universities have been accused of creating resources to help students evade deportation by scrubbing digital evidence.

Furthermore, Students for Justice in Palestine, a prominent campus group involved in anti-Israel protests, has received significant funding from Hamas-linked charities. The group has been criticized for endorsing terrorism and spreading antisemitic messages. National Students for Justice in Palestine has been accused of promoting messages of hate against America, Israel, and Jews.

The Hamas Supporters Have No Home Here Act aims to address the growing presence of individuals supporting terrorism and antisemitism in the United States. Van Duyne emphasized that the legislation is necessary to prevent the importation of terrorism and anarchy into the country. The bill seeks to ensure that those who violate the laws and values of the United States face real consequences for their actions.
